I would like to warn everyone to stay away from Termini Brothers bakery in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. I phoned in an order in advance to be picked up on Christmas Eve. When you preplace orders you pay in advance. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was not around. I was told for 3 hours that my order was on the truck which was on its way from the main store. I was also told that since it was in transit I was not allowed a refund, nor could I get something else to make up for amount of my money that they had no problem taking a week in advance. So as I stood in the store on Christmas Eve for 3 hours waiting for a mysterious missing truck to appear I waited for an apology for my inconvenience. This also never arrived. I will tell you what I did get, a whole lot of attitude. Oh yeah and just as the store was closing I was finally allowed to select from the handful of items that were left after the Christmas rush to make up for my missing pastry trays. I ended up with an apple tart and some cookies to feed 30 people over 2 days. Great service from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. They succeeded in satisfying me that I was ripped off with attitude. Be warned!!
